Senior Site Reliability Engineer

7+ years of SRE or DevOps experience Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Fargate, CoreWeave) Infrastructure automation with Terraform Container orchestration with Kubernetes Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture security, data protection principles, and threat modeling Experience with observability principles and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Experience implementing automated compliance monitoring (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, FOSS licensing) Excellent mentoring and technical leadership skills

Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform Develop capacity planning strategies and performance optimization initiatives Instrument services to understand system health and create monitoring dashboards Design and implement comprehensive observability strategies Define escalation policies and participate in on-call rotations Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems Establish reliability engineering practices within the Web Services team Mentor DevOps engineers on operational best practices
