- Set strategy and ensure strong execution across hiring, onboarding, performance, development, engagement and retention
- Coach leaders at all levels, create clarity, structure and visibility that ensure leaders consistently meet expectations for performance, talent and team health, as well as model EngagedMD’s values and action principles
- Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, partnering with leaders to proactively design strategies related to talent management, performance, organizational design and change management
- Refine and evolve programs (performance, rewards, engagement) and HRIS to ensure they are practical, data-informed and continuously improved
- Lead, mentor and develop a small, high-impact People team
