Solid background in payments operations and a technical background. 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role in a similar business model (Solid experience in banking, financial services, the payment industry, fintech, or similar). Open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams all over the world. Advanced Excel skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills. Analytical skills, systematic, and organized. Basic SQL is an advantage.
