Payouts Senior Associate

3+ years of experience in payments, finance operations, treasury, or a related function. Deep understanding of transactional processes, payment rails, and reconciliation principles. Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools. Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating across multiple time zones. Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solution-focused. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX) is a strong plus. Knowledge of the PIX system is a strong advantage.

Own complex payment flows and handle high-priority transactional issues as the first point of escalation. Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-value or high-risk payouts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Treasury, Compliance, and providers. Support control frameworks through reconciliations and exception report validation. Contribute to SOX compliance by maintaining documentation and supporting audits. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT for automation improvements. Analyze transactional data to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements. Coordinate with Sales Ops, Customer Support, and Commercial teams for smooth operations. Support onboarding of new associates and maintain internal documentation. Build strong provider relationships for issue resolution and operational enhancements. Review provider performance for cost, SLA, and efficiency improvements.
