Proven operations experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or banking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment. Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with payment processes and AI tools is a plus. Experience with AI tools or automations is a plus.
