Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 10+ years of experience in accounting At least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of operational accounting and GAAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with QuickBooks Online and Cin7 required ERP migration experience preferred Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy High level of self-accountability and curiosity CPG industry experience preferred

Partner with VP of Finance & Accounting to scale the department. Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, invoicing, collections, fixed assets, payroll. Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements. Lead external relationships with auditors and tax advisors. Develop and maintain internal controls & accounting policies. Oversee technical accounting matters like ASC 606 and inventory valuation. Build scalable systems and processes across ERP, expense management, and reporting. Partner with FP&A and leadership to deliver financial insights. Monitor and analyze monthly results against prior periods. Establish short and long-range departmental goals. Support Board and investor reporting. Train, develop, and manage accounting staff. Foster collaboration across Operations for inventory controls and reporting.
