Controller (Remote)

Bachelor's degree required, CPA a plus. 7-10 years of related experience required. 5+ years of Manager experience required. Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Full understanding of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16. Understanding of M&A Activities. Proactive and efficient. Strong FP&A skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas). Strong ability to analyze P&L statements and Balance Sheets. Familiarity with NetSuite highly recommended. Experience with Procurify, FP&A software, and Concur a plus.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financials and close processes. Recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes. Coordinate intercompany transactions. Assist with internal/external audits and tax preparation. Oversee business compliance, insurance, M&A duties, and Concur functions. Perform monthly and ad-hoc financial reports. Oversee budgets and prepare forecasts. Manage special projects and implement organizational initiatives.
