Monitor progress of EN and VR participants to ensure compliance with program timelines and milestones. Review and verify case documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements. Track participant activities using case management systems and update records. Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or instances of non-compliance to program leadership. Coordinate with EN/VR staff and beneficiaries to facilitate timely completion of program requirements. Generate and submit regular progress and compliance reports. Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Assist in developing procedures or training materials. Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal regulations.
