Requirements:
Up to 18 months of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a sales role. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously. Creative problem solver with strong research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Motivated to succeed individually and as part of a team. Naturally curious, passionate, and competitive. Comfortable collaborating with Account Executives and contributing to team pipeline goals. Familiarity with or interest in learning B2B sales, prospecting, and outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
Represent company products and services, explaining how solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects. Conduct high-volume prospecting activities (50-80 activities per day) to qualify leads. Conduct qualification calls with prospects to ensure product fit and use case. Schedule discovery meetings or demos with prospects for Account Executives. Utilize CRM and Sales Engagement Platform to capture and record activities. Collaborate with SDR leadership and AEs to develop prospecting strategies. Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives, targets, and quotas. Collaborate with SDR leadership to share information, feedback, and learnings.
