Requirements:
3+ years of experience building ML systems and features. Familiarity with modern LLM-based frameworks and protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A). Experience running experiments, trying different approaches, and following clear evaluation protocols. Curiosity about machine learning and building commercial software. Comfortable being lean and fixing problems independently. Ability to effectively communicate work within the team.
Responsibilities:
Write code to enhance the Rasa Copilot and Rasa Pro codebase (Python). Design, run, and analyze experiments and update LLM prompts. Contribute to the design and implementation of the evaluation system. Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Designer on user experience and new features. Participate in engineering refinement sessions. Communicate progress, blockers, and ideas in team meetings.
