Minimum 10+ years of immigration experience Minimum 5+ years of immigration manager experience in the LATAM region Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively Ability to manage a team Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail Capacity to prioritize, manage and execute multiple tasks Oral and written proficiency in English Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential

Serve as the lead for the LATAM region Develop the immigration program for LATAM Advise strategy for complex matters Build strong relationships with clients Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Serve as a point of escalation Communicate with immigration authorities Manage team's professional development Review case assessments Work with leadership on region structure and resourcing Manage the P&L of the practice Advise on changes to immigration rules
