Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, management consulting) Strategic, driven, and analytical with passion for the local delivery economy and competitive landscape understanding Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis Familiarity with basic accounting principles Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment

Lead all aspects of the deal cycle, including sourcing, evaluation, analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration Coordinate diligence, deal execution, and integration across cross-functional teams Build relationships with emerging and established companies, investment banking, and venture capital firms Identify, research, and recommend industries, companies, and technologies for M&A or investment Drive post-deal success by overseeing integration planning and execution Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and presentations Support cross-functional capital markets and financing efforts
