Fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects/Premiere, and Google Slides. Understand ad creative strategy - hooks, angles, and thumb-stopping moments. Comfortable writing ad headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy. Know how to balance brand aesthetic with performance testing. Can manage yourself in a fast-paced environment with multiple rounds of iteration. Ability to edit UGC videos (cuts, captions, VOs, overlays, effects) that actually perform (nice to have). Motion or 3D design skills (bonus points). Experience designing for Shopify or Webflow (bonus points). Worked with cannabis, wellness, or CPG brands (bonus points). Curious about creative testing frameworks and performance data (bonus points).
