Revenue Cycle Solutions Engineer

5+ years experience in hospital revenue cycle management (IT or operational) In-depth knowledge of hospital revenue cycle workflows (clinical charge capture to claims processing) At least one Epic Hospital Billing certification (Resolute Hospital Billing Claims & Electronic Remittance Administration or Resolute Hospital Billing Administration, or Epic Hospital Billing Charging Administration) Ownership mindset: Ability to build and own features from start to finish Strong problem-solving skills Extensive experience with data manipulation (SQL or Python) Experience with Epic Clarity or Reporting Workbench Knowledge of data integrations via EHRs and 3rd party systems using FHIR, X12 EDI, API-based interoperability, or flat file reports

Lead account hold integration of SmarterDx solutions for clients Communicate with CDI Directors and Coding Directors to understand EMR, coding, and billing systems Define integration methods to support client requirements and lead integration workstreams Write clear guides on integration methods and best practices Answer operational questions related to workqueue routing and workflow assignment Collaborate with Integration, Engineering, and Customer Success teams Offer technical help and advice during integration Educate team and clients Improve integration methods based on feedback and trends
