Mechanical Engineering Lead

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, including CAD (SolidWorks or similar) Strong background in design for harsh environments (marine, aerospace, or similar) Hands-on experience deploying designs in real-world applications Familiarity with materials selection, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing techniques Familiarity with marine or industrial sensor technologies and design techniques Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach Experience supporting field deployments or customer installations preferred Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration Willingness to travel occasionally

Own and advance product CAD design Manage mechanical design and integration of new components Collaborate with field operations on installation techniques and training Resolve design challenges in harsh marine environments Develop new sensing systems for marine vessels
