TN Licensed 1099 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Hold a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Tennessee. Multi-state licensure is an added advantage as we operate in all 50 states. Possess 1+ years of experience in an outpatient community mental health setting. Expertise in treating common mental health conditions among college-aged students including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Understand culturally responsive treatment and have experience with diverse patient groups. Comfortable assessing the urgency of escalating risk scenarios. Equipped with a quality video camera and a stable internet connection to facilitate virtual care.

Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments. Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments. Engage with patients through our collaboration portal. Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers. Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination. Partner with our care navigation team to support students. Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans when necessary.
