Product Manager, Claims and Enrollment

Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully-adopted UI and/or API products. Established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap. Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience. Highly curious and driven to understand how things work and make them high quality. Thrive in an ambiguous environment and lean on automation to eliminate toil.

Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse product. Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction. Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents. Work with customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product. Work with design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and engineering team to prioritize and deliver features. Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives.
