Serve as primary Slate CRM Project Manager. Manage ongoing Slate administration to support recruitment goals. Manage queries, reports, forms, events, and portals within Slate. Manage automated and manual drip communication flows. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Evaluate and improve third-party integrations with Slate. Ensure data integrity and oversee import/export processes. Oversee transcript processing. Manage Slate's user roles, permissions, and system security. Stay current on Slate CRM best practices. Liaise with Technolutions and Slate Help Desk. Provide Slate training and ongoing support. Maintain accurate College information on the Common Application. Assist with system enhancements for prospective student experience. Build dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment funnel performance. Collaborate with leadership for data-driven decision-making. Assess communication engagement, application trends, and counselor activity.
