Requirements:
7+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of sales success with enterprise customers in the Ohio Valley region. Experience selling a technical SaaS solution to technical stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, DevOps, IT). Ability to prospect for outbound leads and build customer demand while nurturing inbound lead flow. Familiar working relationship with relevant regional IT channel partners / Tech Alliances in the Ohio Valley region. Experience in building fresh territories from scratch. Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives. Cross-department collaboration experience. Coachability and curiosity. Desire to make an impact at a scale-up company.
Responsibilities:
Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions in the territory. Demonstrate and articulate the capabilities of the Tines automation platform. Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions. Collaborate with channel/tech alliances to uncover and progress customer opportunities. Uncover use cases with internal resources and supplement lead flow with outbound prospecting. Partner with Solutions Engineering throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate across Tines business functions for a world-class customer experience. Build a strong business plan to achieve growth within accounts and territory. Develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition with Sales Leadership. Deliver feedback to product and go-to-market teams.
