Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role, targeting the enterprise market. Experience as a top-performing Sales Development Representative or in sales development within a high-growth environment is highly valued. Strong writing and speaking skills. Self-starter, eager to learn. Proficient in prospecting and project management. Belief in the power of the phone and making human connections. Knowledge of MEDDIC methodology is a bonus. Experience in selling to sales or marketing leaders is a bonus. Record of surpassing sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.) is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business by landing and nurturing customer relationships. Manage the full sales cycle to ensure Orum's expansion in the enterprise market. Engage in strategic planning for customer acquisition. Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers. Own the responsibility for all aspects of bookings growth, from prospecting to closing new deals. Consistently meet and surpass quota-driven goals. Travel with fellow Orumites to see potential customers in person.
