Proficient (CEFR - C1) level Japanese. Ability to explain complex information clearly and logically. Deep understanding of Mercari's product and willingness to propose improvements. Interest in leadership and contributing to Mercari Group's organization and culture. Ability to embrace change and challenge new areas. Experience creating results in projects utilizing the latest AI technologies and tools. Student graduating in Oct 2026 or Apr 2027 and intending to join Mercari as a full-time employee. Ability to acquire basic data operation skills by the start of the internship. Submission of a data operation task using SQL, R+, or Python during the selection process.

Propose improvements to the "Mercari" app through data analysis. Maximize marketing effectiveness through data analysis. Challenge complex and difficult issues related to management decisions across Mercari Group companies.
