10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director/Senior Director level. Proven track record of building or rebuilding an IT function in a high-growth or private-equity-backed environment. Direct experience integrating IT systems and infrastructure across multiple acquired entities. Hands-on background in infrastructure, networks, cloud, security, and enterprise applications. Demonstrated success managing and governing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other key vendors. Strong cybersecurity and risk management experience with practical use of frameworks such as NIST, SOC, ISO 27001. Experience designing or overseeing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS, O365, identity, VPN). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical executives. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, imperfect, acquisitive environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
