- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for finance roles.
- Greenhouse experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and managing candidate pipelines for finance positions.
- Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and required skill sets.
- Ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates.

- Source, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of finance positions, including but not limited to accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, auditors, and controllers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business needs.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and market research to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate database and tracking systems, ensuring up-to-date candidate information.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
