Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Acquire deep product, customer, and domain knowledge. Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmap. Meet with customers to identify opportunities and validate features. Implement processes for understanding customer challenges and prioritizing features. Mine customer data to inform requirements analysis. Meet with dissatisfied customers to address concerns. Meet with partners to understand challenges and requirements. Ideate, develop, and prioritize product and feature concepts for partners. Lead UX Design effort for usability and intuitiveness. Define clear use cases and create clear personas. Work with Engineering to ensure solution feasibility and estimate timelines. Phase work to achieve value quickly. Oversee SDLC process and ensure continuous improvement. Cultivate healthy relationships with team members. Align GTM communications and assets. Identify opportunities for company improvement. Author OKRs for Product and lead Product to successful outcomes. Coach and mentor Product and UX Design teams. Provide guidance and leadership to peers.
