Financial Planning and Analysis Associate

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis Experience conducting financial analysis and preparing reports Experience supporting budgeting processes Strong proficiency in Excel Familiarity with financial systems or planning tools Understanding of financial statements, ratios, and valuation/forecasting techniques Analytical thinker with ability to interpret numbers and explain results Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication skills

Support budget and forecast preparation Perform variance, trend, and ratio analysis Compile financial reports and dashboards Present insights using analytics and visualization tools Build and maintain financial models Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct financial analysis for business initiatives Apply knowledge of accounting standards
