Colleague Consultant - Finance

5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry. 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Colleague. Experience implementing the Colleague Finance module. Strong knowledge of financial operations and regulations in higher education. Experience developing financial reports. Experience in a consulting capacity enhancing business processes. Ability to troubleshoot functional issues within Colleague. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel.

Provide Ellucian Colleague ERP implementation support (training, functional consulting, technical support). Analyze financial business processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives. Stay current on industry best practices and implement continuous improvements. Coordinate with teams for successful project delivery. Assist in testing and implementation of financial software updates. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the Colleague Finance module. Improve and automate business processes using Colleague. Provide end-user training and support documentation.
