Perform quality control checks on translated documents for accuracy, consistency, and client guidelines. Review and verify document formatting, layout, and non-linguistic elements. Handle specialized content areas including In Vitro Diagnostics, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Devices, Patient-facing materials, Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacy, Scientific Publications, and Investigator-facing documents. Utilize CAT tools (XTM/Phrase/Trados/MemoQ) for QC tasks, including integrated QA checks. Adhere to specific requirements of client-provided applications and tools. Ensure daily availability of 4-6 hours during office hours and work on Fridays. Use Microsoft Office, especially Track Changes in Word, to document and communicate QC findings. Collaborate with the project management team for timely delivery.
