Landscape Designer

Degree or technical background in Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArcSite. Strong spatial awareness and ability to interpret satellite imagery. Basic knowledge of landscape design principles. Attention to detail and precision under deadlines. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience in residential landscape design (preferred). Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment (preferred). Access to a computer and iPad for daily design work (preferred).

Accurately locate and draw residential properties using ArcSite and satellite imagery. Produce precise layout plans for subsequent design phases. Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to match drawings with property conditions. Maintain accuracy in site measurements and provide clear annotations. Submit completed drawings according to Haven Hub workflow standards. Communicate with project managers and design team members to resolve data ambiguities.
