Senior Operations Risk Manager

10+ years of experience in operational risk, internal controls, or risk-related functions Demonstrated ownership of risk or controls programs Strong data skills, including hands-on SQL and dashboard/reporting development Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with audit, issue management, or regulatory readiness programs is a plus

Design and own the servicing risk program Build structured feedback loops to identify systemic risks Translate risk signals into data-backed narratives Develop risk models, dashboards, and reporting Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Audit Define and track risk metrics Act as a strategic thought partner Advise on root cause themes from incidents and issues Contribute to team development by mentoring peers
