Partnerships Development Manager

Familiarity with GitHub/Git workflows. Understanding of IP/licensing models. Strong deal negotiation and contract management skills. 3–7+ years in business development, partnerships, program management, product management, or technical program management, ideally with exposure to software/IP transactions. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Computer Science, Law, or related) or equivalent experience. Industry experience in SaaS, dev tools, AI/ML, or open-source ecosystems preferred. Prior experience with IP transfers, M&A, or licensing agreements (preferred). Network in OSS or AI developer communities (preferred). Exposure to AI training/benchmarking workflows (preferred). Experience in technical diligence for software/codebases (preferred).

Source, engage, and manage relationships with IP owners. Act as intermediary between IP owners and AI labs. Coordinate legal/IP due diligence and contracts. Negotiate commercial terms and deal structures. Oversee technical digital IP evaluation. Manage timelines and stakeholder communication. Build repeatable playbooks for IP acquisition and licensing.
