Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of experience in biostatistics within the life sciences (pharma, biotech, CRO). At least 5 years of direct people management experience. Deep expertise in statistical methods for observational and RWE studies, including causal inference and handling missing data. Proven ability to lead consultative interactions with senior client stakeholders. Deep expertise with multiple real-world data sources (medical records, claims, wearables, PROs, ClinROs). Expert proficiency in R and the tidyverse; experience with SAS or Python is a plus. Experience with regulatory interactions (e.g., FDA, EMA). Familiarity with clinical ontologies and standard data formats. Demonstrated experience building or scaling team processes, including creating SOPs and QC/review workflows. Focus on and successful experimentation with integrating AI into standard practices and workflows.
