Growth Engineer

Full-stack engineer proficiency in React, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and strong front-end development skills Track record of rapidly shipping features and iterating based on learnings Product-focused mindset, able to think like a PM or growth hacker Experience building or integrating email systems, onboarding flows, and/or dynamic user interfaces Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering Comfortable prototyping MVPs, testing new ideas, and iterating to find product-market fit Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Build and ship rapid experiments across the full funnel Work closely with product/growth to identify high-leverage problems and propose technical solutions Implement trigger-based email and messaging systems Support and build small product features that unlock user value or monetization Use AI and prompt engineering to prototype and improve user experiences Analyze experiment results and iterate quickly based on performance
