Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer emails in Dutch Assist clients with questions regarding orders, accounts, and general support inquiries Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of service quality Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management Keep informed about product updates and company policies
