Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails in Norwegian, offering accurate and comprehensive answers about products and services. Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and general support issues. Effectively troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate them to management when necessary. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service. Identify and relay common customer issues and feedback to management to drive improvements. Remain knowledgeable about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance.
