B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college/university. 5+ years of game production experience, preferably in mobile games, with at least one shipped title as a Producer in a senior or lead capacity. Deep technical proficiency in project management and development tools (JIRA, Git, Perforce). Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Proven track record of guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and influence without authority. Ability to thrive under deadlines in high-pressure situations. Deep understanding of the F2P mobile gaming market, including key KPIs and strategies. Expertise in game design, tech, performance, data, and live ops. Demonstrated success working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-discipline teams.

Lead cross-functional collaboration to keep projects on track and ensure precise releases. Establish, refine, and evolve production processes, tools, and frameworks. Champion agile methodologies for adaptability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Use project management tools for visibility, progress tracking, and actionable insights. Guide projects from concept to release, ensuring creative and technical standards. Anticipate shifts, adjust plans, and maintain alignment for on-time, within-budget releases. Identify bottlenecks and dependencies early and implement solutions. Foster communication and collaboration across stakeholders. Maintain a deep understanding of the product to influence decisions.
