Requirements:
6+ years of software engineering experience 1–3+ years in technical leadership or management Proven technical project management and stakeholder management skills in an agile environment Experience shipping LLM-based & agentic AI systems in production (e.g., Chatbots, RAG, semantic search, summarization, agentic workflows) Technical fluency in Python Technical fluency in AWS Technical fluency in orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Bedrock APIs) Familiarity with vector databases and hybrid search tools (e.g., Qdrant, OpenSearch, Pinecone) Experience leading teams through ambiguity, iteration, and tight feedback loops Strong people leadership skills (mentoring, guiding system design, improving engineering maturity) A bias toward action and learning
