Product Manager

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS B2B or enterprise environment. Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end SaaS products from concept through launch. Strong technical fluency - able to discuss APIs, integrations, and architecture trade-offs with engineering. Highly skilled at working across product, design, and engineering. Strong problem-solving ability, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Fullstory). Familiarity with Agile ways of working, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning. Experience in legal tech or other compliance-heavy industries (preferred).

Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems. Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives. Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions. Collaborate with design to ensure intuitive user workflows. Own and manage the backlog and user stories. Drive delivery through Agile processes. Measure success using product analytics and customer feedback.
