Senior Underwriter - E&O/MedMal (Remote First)

5+ years of commercial underwriting experience specializing in E&O risks. Experience underwriting other general lines of commercial risks is an asset. CIP, CRM or FCIP is an asset. Experience working with an MGA or program specific division of an Insurance Company. Track record of achieving premium and bind ratio targets. Ability to build relationships with markets and brokers. Ability to utilize collaboration skills while taking ownership of projects.

Underwrite and manage professional risks (misc E&O & tech) & supporting soft MedMal risks. Meet premium and bind ratio targets. Contribute to operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with leadership on growth and profitability strategy. Provide input on pricing strategy. Collaborate on underwriting guidelines, wordings, endorsements, and exclusions. Develop and strengthen relationships with Zensurance brokers.
