Solutions Architect (Post Sales)

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar) for a highly technical product, ideally enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platforms Direct experience building a data labeling pipeline Experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines; has built & deployed ML models to production and/or done engineering work to prepare datasets for data science teams Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure tools (Linux/Unix, Docker; Kubernetes a plus) Proven success in delivering onboarding, solution implementation, troubleshooting, and custom development for enterprise customers Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills Collaborative, adaptable, and self-driven Creativity to help improve post-sale technical & services offerings Experience contributing to or deploying open-source software is a bonus

Drive technical onboarding for enterprise customers Advise on and help architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows Develop and implement custom solutions to extend Label Studio functionality Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues Deliver enablement, workshops, and technical documentation Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer teams Surface customer feedback and advocate for product improvements Contribute to internal best practices and reusable solution assets
