Practice Area Lead, Data Analytics (Remote)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting. 3+ years of management experience overseeing an organization of 20+ individuals. Proven track record of successful practice and organizational development in Professional Services. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desirable. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is desirable. NetSuite certifications are a plus. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is desirable.

Provide leadership and direction to the NetSuite practice area. Develop and execute the practice's strategic plan. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Directly manage Engagement Managers and indirectly manage consultants. Conduct performance management, mentorship, and career development. Oversee resource allocation and utilization. Make final decisions on project staffing. Serve as project sponsor and oversee NetSuite implementation projects. Participate in Steering Committee meetings. Perform periodic quality checks for project timelines, budget, and client satisfaction. Make critical decisions on project scope to remove blockers. Manage project risks and issues. Contribute to the development of proposals and SOWs. Identify and develop strategies for new business opportunities. Develop and maintain client and partner relationships. Manage the practice's P&L. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
