Ex-Founder (Contract to Hire)

Experience building and scaling something from zero, likely as a founder or co-founder. Ability to move fast, juggle priorities, and rally a team around a shared vision. Experience hiring, selling, shipping, and pitching. Excited by ambiguity and energized by action; a builder's mindset. Experience building playbooks, systems, and teams. Comfortable collaborating across disciplines to drive outcomes. Customer-centric thinking and obsession with delivering value. Available during core working hours (6am–6pm PT). Startup-ready energy and ability to thrive in fast-paced, distributed environments.

Take full ownership of building and scaling a core function of the business. Design and build foundational infrastructure for AI pipelines, real-time inference systems, EHR integrations, or clinical interfaces. Establish engineering practices, hiring pipelines, and technical processes. Define technical direction across AI, data, backend, and platform layers. Partner closely with product, clinical, sales, and operations. Build with the end-user in mind, understanding clinician workflows, latency constraints, and clinical safety requirements.
