Backend Software Engineer, Feature Management

5+ years of professional experience in backend software development Demonstrated experience working on scalable and reliable distributed systems Proficiency in Go (Golang) along with experience in another modern programming language Experience building and consuming APIs Good understanding of system design and domain modeling Familiarity with observability concepts such as metrics, tracing, structured logging, and debugging in distributed systems A collaborative engineer who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and thrives in cross-functional teams

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Contribute to technical solutions for complex enterprise customer needs Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement end-to-end features Participate in architecture and design discussions Collaborate with internal stakeholders Follow and promote best practices for backend development, testing, and observability Take ownership of code in production, participate in on-call rotations
