2-5 years of experience in digital design Strong portfolio of Meta-specific ads Proven success designing performance creatives that drove revenue or KPIs on Facebook/Instagram Deep understanding of ad creative trends, hooks, and visual cues that work on Meta Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma Experience editing short-form video, Reels/TikToks, or UGC-style content (bonus) Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions Worked with DTC, e-commerce, or wellness/beauty brands (nice-to-have) Designed for split-test variations (nice-to-have) Partnered directly with growth marketers or creative strategists (nice-to-have) Created templates or modular design systems (nice-to-have)
