2-5 years of experience editing for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) Strong portfolio of DTC ad work (wellness, beauty, health, or lifestyle verticals) Proven ability to edit for performance: understand what makes users stop scrolling and convert Comfortable working with UGC-style content, short-form edits, and branded story-driven video Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop rate) to guide creative decisions Experience collaborating with media buyers or creative strategists (nice-to-have) Comfortable turning raw UGC or iPhone footage into polished ad content (nice-to-have) Stay up to date with Meta creative trends, audio, and format best practices (nice-to-have) Know how to structure A/B creative tests through video editing (nice-to-have)
