2+ years of experience editing direct-response or performance marketing video ads for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) Strong sense of storytelling and pacing Deep understanding of scroll-stopping content and platform nativity Experience producing multiple ad variations for testing and optimization Hands-on experience publishing and managing paid ads on Meta, Facebook, TikTok, and/or YouTube, including performance tracking and reporting Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Familiarity with ClickUp for project collaboration and Slack for team communication Comfortable working with performance data and feedback Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
