2+ years of experience editing direct-response or performance marketing video ads for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). Strong sense of storytelling and pacing. Deep understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping and native to each social platform. Experience producing multiple ad variations for testing and optimization. Hands-on experience publishing and managing paid ads on Meta, Facebook content, TikTok, and/or YouTube. Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with ClickUp for project collaboration and Slack for team communication. Comfortable working with performance data and feedback. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects.
