Senior Solutions Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, or comparable experience 2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages (Python, Typescript, Javascript) Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience developing and deploying full-stack applications Ability to work autonomously and on a cross-functional, remote team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Translate customer workflows into structured product and engineering requirements Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications Troubleshoot, test, and iterate with direct customer feedback Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and training sessions to non-technical customers Write application specifications and user-facing documentation Model and analyze data to align system logic with real-world plant operations Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform product iterations Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
