Approximately 10+ years consulting experience. 7 - 10 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience. A related bachelor’s degree. Certification in UKG Pro WFM is necessary for this role. Other UKG Certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling etc.) would also be nice to have. Experience leading business process design, enhancements. Experience leading client discussions – requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment. Knowledge of UKG integrations and reporting. An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits and workforce management processes. Strong leadership skills. Entrepreneurship mentality to grow our UKG practice.
