Requirements
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
- Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
- Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Design, test, and implement integrations leveraging Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and custom scripts in Python.
- Provide prescriptive guidance across risk domains such as Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
