Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, mathematics, statistics, biomedical engineering, or related discipline (or Master’s with equivalent experience) Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools such as NONMEM and Stan Strong programming and statistical skills (e.g., R) Comfortable using internet-based tools and remote communication platforms

Serve as the scientific lead on projects and primary point of contact for clients Design and execute modeling and simulation analyses to support drug development and clinical trials Provide expert consultation and technical guidance internally and externally Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and publications Mentor junior scientific staff and contribute to training activities Collaborate within agile project teams to deliver high-quality scientific work Contribute to project scoping, proposals, and generation of new business opportunities Support the company’s broader scientific and strategic goals
