Staff Software Engineer - GenAI

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of backend software development experience. 3+ years focusing on AI/ML, including hands-on experience with generative AI models. Strong expertise in Java and AWS technologies. Deep knowledge of building and operating low-latency, high-scale services in distributed environments. Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI/ML models in production using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and AI service security. Experience with distributed data systems like Kafka or ClickHouse. Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on AI model performance and system architecture.

Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging generative AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and integration. Optimize AI models and backend services for performance and scalability. Resolve performance bottlenecks in AI processing and system architecture. Implement best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production. Proactively monitor AI-driven backend services for health and performance.
